  1. Lumuri ikan nila dengan jeruk nipis dan garam,diamkan 15 menit lalu goreng.
  2. Haluskan bamer, baput, cabe merah, kunyit, kemiri, ketumbar.
  3. Tumis bumbu halus beserta jahe geprek, daun salam, lengkuas, daun jeruk, sere sampai harum, masukkan air dan fiber chreme, gula merah, garam,kaldu bubuk.
  4. Masukkan ikan nila yang sudah digoreng, cabe rawit utuh,koreksi rasa, masukkan daun kemangi sesaat sebelum matikan api, dan siap dihidangkan.
