  7. Sementara singkong di panggang, kita bisa siapkan toppingnya. Campur telur, kuning telur dan susu kental manis, aduk perlahan hingga rata (BUKAN DIKOCOK). Masukkan whipping creamnya, aduk perlahan hingga menyatu. Masukkan garam dan vanilli. Saring adonan (me: ga disaring). Sisihkan..

  11. Keluarkan dari oven dan taburi brown sugar baker permukaan kue. Dengan blow torch atau panggang dengan api atas selama kurang lebih 3-5 menit. (Me: 3 menit saja krn kelamaan gosyong).
  12. Ini kutinggal nyari lampu 5 menit penampakan jadi gosyong…😅😅…jadi solusinya ku kelupas atasnya kubuang haha….
  13. Penampakan yg udah dikelupas atasnya : taburi lg dg brown sugar tp ga dipanggang lg..
  14. Note : apabila tidak memiliki blow torch atau api atas. Tidak mengapa, kue ini sudah cukup enak walau tidak ada caramel di atasnya..
