Bakso Sapi step by step

  1. Giling daging bersama bawang goreng hingga halus. Lalu giling 2x agar benar2 halus dicampur es batu.
  2. Masukkan sisa bahan bakso (kecuali telur dan tapioka), aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan tapioka, aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan putih telur, aduk rata.
  5. Freezee sebentar, kira2 10 menit. Baru bulatkan dan rebus di air mendidih.
  6. Bahan kuah: rebus tulang dalam air mendidih. Api kecil ya agar bening, mininal 1 jam (buang kotoran yg muncul).
  7. Di lain sisi, tumis bawang putih dan daun seledri hingga harum. Cemplungkan ke bahan kuah tambah batang seledri.
  8. Beri gula garam merica. Rebus lagi kira2 30 menit. Matikan.
