- It’s 1 of Handful Flavoured Oats.

- It’s 1 of Strawberries, Blueberries, Kiwis (Any fruit you like works here!).
- It’s 1 tsp of Crushed Almonds (for sprinkling ontop).

- In a medium sized clear glass add a first layer of yogurt.
- Next add an even layer of oats or granola.
- On top pile some fruit (blueberries/strawberries).
