  1. Siapkan adonan tepung dan fillet ayam.
  2. Masukan ayam ke adonan tepung basah lalu masukkan ke tepung panir/roti. Ratakan dan tekan2 supaya tidak ambyar.
  3. Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu2, masukkan tepung maizena yg sudah dicairkan dg air.
  4. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng, angkat jika sudah kuning keemasan.
